Tiny roller that's only 4 3/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. This type of float is appropriately called a 'Micro Roller'.
This one is a little longer than the typical length of 4 1/4".
It also has barnacle remnants.
Found on Hokkaido Island, Japan.
